I am a yoga teacher - plant eater - nature appreciator. Yoga came into my life in 2007. After my very first class I knew I would eventually teach. Most of my youth was spent as a competitive gymnast, so my body was craving to be healed and nourished. Something kept calling me back to my mat. In 2014, I realized there was no turning back and it was time to become a teacher. I was blessed to complete my vinyasa training with Natalie Rousseau, yin with Bernie Clark and acro with Acro Revolution.

Through my yoga teachings I strive to provide a balance of breath, fluid movement and alignment. I teach a strong style of vinyasa filled with creative sequencing, unique transitions and carefully selected playlists. When teaching yin I focus on providing a place for stillness, silence and self love.I practice yoga because it helps me to be a better person in all aspects of my life. Because of yoga, I am much more grateful and appreciative for the people and things I am connected with. I am not afraid to express my love for the people around me. I strive to live a healthy life and encourage healthy habits in the people I interact with. I have clarity in my thoughts and actions. When I practice yoga I feel grounded and balanced. Yoga inspires me to continually improve myself. It allows me to feel and see the connection that we have to each other and all living things on this earth.I share with an open heart, nothing held back. I want to encourage a strong appreciation for nature and a strong relationship with all people. We are all on this earth together, and together we can make it blissful and beautiful.
