Our bodies and minds are so interconnected that just bringing this topic up is probably causing you to clench up somewhere in your jaw, chest or perhaps stomach. Come out to this 90 minute workshop to gain more awareness about cultivating a conflict resolution brain state, There are certain moves that can help you stay present, grounded and connected to yourself through conflict.
