Vijnana Yoga: Practicing from the Inside

In the tradition of Vijnana Yoga, we practice simple and challenging asanas, from the inside - finding perfect pose from within, through the mind-heart-body. Intelligence is awakened in the body; the mind is quiet; the heart wide.

We will practice the Vijnana Yoga Standing pose series flow, and asanas from the hand balance, backbend, and forward bend series. In standing poses we enliven the energy and intelligence of the body, and in intermediate and advanced poses we challenge ourselves to stay wise, centred and at ease. 

This is a strong practice fulfilled with joy and grace.
