You can learn to manage depression, anxiety & stress with LifeForce Yoga (LFY).
LFY works because it integrates the power of yoga and evidence-based practices to calm an anxious mind, uplift depression or induce a state of enhanced well being .
In a safe space, this class will use asana, pranayama, mantra, meditation, mudra & more, to balance the emotional & physical body. LFY is for anyone who yearns for a deeper connection to their essence. Come: you will leave feeling renewed & with tools to beat stress.
Helpful but not necessary to bring a green foam block for meditation and a blanket for relaxation/yoga nidra.
