This class is for anyone recovering from addiction, abandonment, rejection, betrayal, loss, trauma or spiritual depression. Carmen will guide participants to new levels of mental awareness and spiritual clarity through the exploration of grief, withdrawal, internalizing, anger and emergence. Part One consists of lecture, experiential exercises and trance work. In Part Two, Taryn will lead participants through deeper processing, integration and release on the emotional and physical levels. This half of the session includes Taryn’s signature Yoga for Recovery practice.

Please bring a blanket, journal and pen.
We will be using lavendar essential oil in this workshop.
